In order to accomplish our goals, we are soliciting donations to the Henry Schueler
"41 & 9" Foundation. An account under the Foundation name has been established at
Edgebrook Bank. Donations will be accepted by mail addressed to the
"Henry Schueler 41 & 9 Foundation" - P.O. Box 061077, Chicago, Illinois, 60606.
Please know that all donations are most greatly appreciated.
The following are the categories for contribution.
1. The MVP Club Members - $1 - $499
In addition, we have established an avenue for young adults and
children (ages 18 and younger) to join as a Jr. Founding Member of the "41 & 9" Foundation:

For those of you that are in a financial position to give more, we are also raising funds for the Foundation through the creation of a Founders Club. Those wishing to be a Founding Member of "41 & 9" will have an opportunity to contribute financially at different levels as outlined below:

In committing to the Foundation as a Founder, we hope that each person or family will remain committed to the Foundation's purpose of keeping Hank's memory alive through annual fundraising efforts and events, and to perpetuate our goals of funding cancer related research and scholarship to St. Patrick's High School. The Founders will ideally remain committed financially and emotionally to assist in the Foundation fundraising efforts and in the planning and marketing of an annual event held in Hank's honor.
